        "When you specify scoped address to the command line, NEVER write the embedded form (such as ff02:1::1 or fe80:2::fedc).  This is not supposed to work.  Always use standard form, like ff02::1 or fe80::fedc, with command line option for specifying interface (like `ping -6 -I ne0 ff02::1`).  In general, if a command does not have command line option to specify outgoing interface, that command is not ready to accept scoped address.  This may seem to be opposite from IPv6's premise to support \"dentist office\" situation.  We believe that specifications need some improvements for this."
