These <link xlink:href=\"@@URL_RELPREFIX@@/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/contributors/article.html#staff-committers\">committers</link> <_:footnote-2/> are usually the people who do the bulk of FreeBSD development. An elected <link xlink:href=\"@@URL_RELPREFIX@@/administration.html#t-core\">Core Team</link> <_:footnote-3/> of developers provide some level of direction over the project."
